HandHome

Terms of Use

Draft for final review by the client’s legal team. Hand Home’s complete legal entity details must be inserted before launch.

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Hand Home’s website and its informational property and service content. Use of the website is subject to the version of these terms in force at the time of access.

2. Property listings

Prices, availability, areas, features, images and other information are based on details supplied by owners or partners and may change or require confirmation. Hand Home takes reasonable steps toward accuracy, but a listing is not a binding offer.

3. Enquiries and transactions

Submitting a form, making an enquiry or arranging a viewing does not create a contract, reservation or guarantee of availability. A transaction is concluded only through the required agreements and is subject to independent legal, technical, tax and financial due diligence.

4. Third-party professionals

Legal, notarial, technical and other regulated services are provided by appropriately qualified independent professionals. Hand Home may coordinate communication but does not replace their professional advice or responsibility.

5. User responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, use the website lawfully and refrain from unauthorised access, interference, automated extraction or any use that infringes third-party rights.

6. Intellectual property

Trade marks, design, text, photography, graphics and other content are protected by applicable law. Copying, republication or commercial exploitation is not permitted without prior authorisation from the relevant rights holder.

7. Third-party links and services

The website may include maps, embedded content or links to third parties. Hand Home does not continuously control third-party content, availability or privacy practices.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Hand Home is not liable for decisions based solely on general website information, temporary service interruptions or acts of independent third parties. Liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

9. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy and storage technologies in the Cookie Policy.

10. Changes and governing law

These terms may be updated when services or laws change. Users should review them periodically. Greek law applies, while the jurisdiction clause is to be finalised by the client’s legal team.
